All orders ship from our offices in Durham, NH. We do our best to ship your order as soon as possible, however order processing may take up to three business days. Our orders ship with USPS. Shipping costs are based on weight, and are automatically calculated with your order.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information included. USPS can be a bit slow in updating your tracking info, please allow an additional 1 - 2 days for tracking to be reflected correctly on USPS.com.
Don't love your gear? No problem. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please check your items when you receive them and contact us immediately if there is anything wrong so we can quickly make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
